Mr. I was in the process of considering a move from his rental apartment to a new permanent home.

What kind of property were you initially looking for?

The most important factor in our search was the size of the living room.
We strongly wanted to secure a spacious and comfortable area where the entire family could relax and enjoy their time together. Additionally, since we liked the atmosphere of the areas we had lived in before, we aimed to find a neighborhood with a similar environment.

The moment I saw the property for the first time, I naturally felt excited.
The clean and well-designed interior was very appealing, and I remember having an instinctive feeling of “I want to live here.”

What prompted you to use our after-sales service?

On the day of our move, we discovered a water leak at the washbasin, which led us to use the after-sales service.
When we noticed the leak, we immediately contacted Mr. Tatewaki from Longterm, and he quickly arranged for a repair technician to come.

What was the nature of the service?

The repair itself took some time due to the need to order specific parts, so it wasn’t completed right away.
During that time, we requested to change the regular faucet to an extendable shower-type faucet, and they gladly accommodated our request.
We were very pleased that they listened carefully to our wishes.

Feedback on Using Longterm and
Future Expectations

Do you plan to continue using our services in the future?

We intend to live in our current property for a long time, but when the time comes for our children to grow and we need to consider a new home, we definitely plan to consult with you again.
That said, we really love our current home, so thinking about that future time makes us feel a bit nostalgic. No matter which LONG TERM staff we communicated with, their responses were always quick without pressuring us to reply hastily, which allowed us to discuss everything calmly—this was very reassuring.

Also, during the buying and selling process, Mr. Tatewaki provided clear and helpful answers to specific questions, such as whether a bank seal could be used instead of a registered seal, which was greatly appreciated.
With Mr. Tanaka as the expert assessor and Mr. Tatewaki handling the practical matters, we felt deep trust in the well-organized support system that was there when needed.

Mr. Tanaka truly understands the unique charm and added value of pre-owned properties, which new constructions simply don’t have. He proposed properties that perfectly matched our preferences, so I believe you can find a home that truly fits your own feelings with his help.
